Prayer in spirituality

Prayer is a generic word we use in the daily life for remembering God, but in spirituality domain it is a very specified yet .Prayer has certain pre-reqisite, few related to outside world and few to inside world.

In outside world, we need to create an environment or setup that helps in meditation on the object of prayer. There are few guidelines for this but mostly depends on the individual.

In the inside world, we need a peaceful, happy and stable state of mind in which we bring the object of prayer and pray.

Prayer has no language and speech requirements, but only holy focus.

The prayer performed in such manner makes the object and subject both powerful. Prayer can do miracles both in the inner world and in outside world.
